These Terms are subject to relevant Thai legislation, including but not limited to the Civil and Commercial Code of Thailand, the Computer Crimes Act B.E. 2550 (2007), the Electronic Transactions Act B.E. 2544 (2001), the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA), and the Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 (1979).

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. Either party may initiate this process by providing written notice to the other party describing the nature of the dispute and the resolution sought.

If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may pursue resolution through mediation under the rules of the Thai Mediation Institute or a mutually agreed mediator. The costs of mediation shall be shared equally between the parties unless otherwise agreed.

If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by the competent courts in Thailand. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights.
